Hope does not eliminate hurt. Even Jesus wept at the tomb of a loved one.
Hope does not eliminate the feeling of hopelessness: “Abraham against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be” (Romans 4:18).
Hope does not eliminate our participation in hope: “He that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope” (1 Corinthians 9:10).
Hope abounds when our life is filled with God: “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost” (Romans 15:13).
I hope you will be filled with Hope today.
